Requirements

The main requirements for applicants are education/training, experience, job offer, age, language proficiency, spouse qualification, accompanying children, a family connection in Quebec, financial self-support, medical examination, security, and criminal record checks. An average of 14 points is awarded to applicants for education and 12 points for training.
