The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) invites immigrants who want to move to Newfoundland and Labrador permanently. Applicants will be admitted into one of the following streams.
- The Express Entry Skilled Worker stream allows applicants to enter with a job offer.
- Applicants with a permanent and guaranteed job offer are accepted into the Skilled Worker stream. Applicants from Newfoundland and Labrador are also welcome to apply.
- Applicants (graduates) of Canadian post-secondary schools who are here on a Post-Graduate Work Permit are considered for the International Graduate stream.
- With the intention of settling.

- Offer of a full-time job at NOC level 0, A, or B.
- A job should not be linked to a bargaining unit or a labour dispute resolution unit.
- A valid work permit is required.
